Fifth assignment, per5.

Keep your wits about you and your heart true. Odysseus never loses sight of what's really important and what he really cares about. He gets home because he cares about it. He spent seven years on an island with Calypso, and every day he's crying his eyes out. It shows he's not going to give up or forget.
The main comflict throughout the whole entire story is Odysseus must return home and vanquish the suitors who threaten his estate. Telemachus must mature and secure his own reputation in Greek society.
In contributes to the project because Odesseus must return home, it is what he is trying to do thourout the whole story.
I also think that love plays a role in the project. Mostky because even though Penelope didnt love Odysseus in the beginning she learned to love him and that what Odysseus kept onto that love and it is what helped keep him alive.

Fourth Assignment, per 5.

The wedding bed. It symbolizes there marriage, but it is a marriage that Penelope didnt want. And although she doesnt love odysseus she is doing what her father wants of her. She is keeping her duty to her father because her father arranged for her to marry him. it symbolizes their marriage, the first night they are together before odysseus has to go to troy, only one servant has seen their bed which is kinda a way that says she doesnt want a lot of people knowing about their marriage.

Third assignment

My book is old and original but it has different people from various stories in it. LIke i've heard stories about poisoden, zeus, and athene. some are from cartoon movies made, and books, and others from stories told of stories about gods. so in a way this book is tied into all of them together and who they have helped and why. My story is original because its talking about some of the first stories around about gods. so i think that makes it original. I dont think anyone can make a new story that would be different from the rest. Mostly because all stories boil down to one point, a journey of someone discovering themself, on a mission for love and to defeat something. (i think those were the three we talked about in class or close to it)

second assignment

1.Right now the two main people are athene and Telemachos(son of odysseus). Athene is a very strong willed person, she is also a god. Telemachos is not very sure of himself and is very lost and confused as to who he is and what he should be doing. He says" my mother says indeed i am his, I for my part do not know. I used to be like Telemachos, very unsure of myself but now i am like athene, very positive, and sure of myself. If i were the main character right now i would be feeling very lost on what to do, but i would see what i should do in the future on how to find my father.
